TIM BRICHENO

Tim Bricheno has co-written a string of hit records and composed numerous pieces of media music including material for the films The Sixth Sense, Showgirls and This Years Love. He was lead guitarist and songwriter in influential English indie band All About Eve and legendary Sisters of Mercy co-writing a crop of successful singles and albums. Afte recording the final acclaimed Sisters album ‘Vision Thing’ in 1991, Tim formed Tin Star and scored a US Top Ten hit – ‘Head’, from their album Thrill Kisser. TOBY BRICHENO

Toby Bricheno is a composer and musician with an honours degree from the Guildhall school of music in composition. He composed the music for the Japanese Feature ‘Rain’ along with over 20 albums of production music as well as adverts for VW, The Guardian and Mastercard among many others. He often collaborates with visual artists; recently he worked on an audio visual installation ‘Hyde Park’ with photographer Sheila Brannigan for an installation in Lisbon. He often works with painter and video artist Stella Whalley on video pieces; most recently ‘Bad witches’ which was part of the EMPIRE II collective at the Venice Biennale in 2017 which is currently in Paris as part of a world tour.  http://www.tobybrichenomusic.com


KIRSTEN MORRISON

Kirsten Morrison is a classically trained composer, opera singer and violinist. She composed the music for the BBC TV series “The Plantagenets” and has written operas as well as music for TV, radio, commercials and concerts. “Songs of Alchemy”, her opera about John Dee, was performed at the Arcola Theatre and was subsequently adapted into a film by Jude Rawlins, She also performs her own songs and music internationally - influenced by poets and writers including Coleridge, Poe, Blake, Siddal, Byron, Walpole, MR James and Rossetti. An album of her songs, “Proserpine’s Gold” received wide acclaim and airplay on BBC Radio 3 and Radio 6. In addition she is a member of the Lene Lovich band and has collaborated with Bauhaus frontman Pete Murphy. Kirsten and Toby have also co-written an album of new opera arias and choruses “Opera Scura”, released on the Felt label.
